Kolis Scientific Sees $15M Series B

MORRISVILLE, NC -- Medical device start up Kolis Scientific received $15 million in a series B round according a Bizjournal report based on state filings.
The company would not confirm details of the investment, but state records indicate that DeNovo Ventures, Spray Venture Partners and Quaker BioVentures were the investors.
Kolis is believed to be developing an outpatient solution for a common ophthalmic condition, which is undisclosed by the company at this time.
